Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon starrer Ganpath is all set to hit the theatres in October 2023. Taking it to Instagram, Tiger shared an action-packed announcement teaser of Ganpath, where he can be seen in a rugged avatar. The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role. An out-and-out sports drama, read on to know more about Tiger and Kriti`s upcoming movie.

Essentially a sports drama, Ganpath is divided into two parts and is an ambitious attempt to remake Sylvester Stallone`s iconic Hollywood flick, Rambo. Director Vikas Bahl has been working on the script for quite some time now. The moment he narrated the film to Tiger, it was an instant yes from him. This will be Bahl`s first foray into the action genre.
A close source to the development elaborated on Tiger`s role and Bahl`s ambitious attempt to remake a Hollywood classic, “Ganpat is essentially a sports drama set in Mumbai with Tigger playing a boxer for the first time. Vikas has been working on the script for a while now and Tiger, who loves MMA, wrestling, and boxing was looking to do a film in this space," stated the source.

Tiger Shroff took to his Instagram account and shared the announcement teaser of his upcoming sports-drama Ganpath. He can be seen donning the rugged MMA fighter look. An out-and-out action drama, Ganpath stars Tiger Shroff as an MMA fighter who fights to save his tribe. Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, will play his love interest but not the typical Bollywood heroine. She will be seen in a never seen avatar before.
