However, the suspense was short-lived. Clearing the air, Bachchan revealed that the post was a lead-up to his new project. He shared the first-look poster for "Kaalidhar Laapata" on Thursday, showcasing him seated on a tree branch with a young boy, both sharing a heartfelt smile. Besides "Kaalidhar Laapata," Bachchan has a packed schedule. He will also be seen in Riteish Deshmukh`s directorial venture, "Raja Shivaji," which boasts a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt and Mahesh Manjrekar.

The film follows the story of an ageing man, Kaalidhar, who decides to run away upon discovering his family`s intention to abandon him. His journey takes a poignant turn when he befriends Ballu, a spirited eight-year-old orphan. Together, they embark on an impromptu road trip, creating a bucket list and rediscovering the joy of living.
