Alia Bhatt Thinks Raha Should Be An Athlete, Here`s Why

Apart from being an exceptionally great actress, Alia Bhatt is also a doting mom to her daughter, Raha Kapoor. Alia and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their little munchkin in 2022 after tying the knot in the same year.
Being a star kid to two Bollywood superstars, the question of "what will Raha be when she grows up?" has been lingering on the internet.
In a recent spiritual podcast, the actress opened up about Raha`s competitive nature and shared she`d like her to pursue sports and be an athlete.
Alia Bhatt reveals Raha Kapoor`s competitive nature
The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress sat down for a chat with Femina, where she opened up about her daughter`s competitive nature.
Elaborating on the same, Bhatt said, “I wish for her to actually be an athlete. She’s so competitive and she’s so athletic. She’s only three, but she really jumps around like a bee in a bonnet.”

In the same podcast, Alia reflected on women who have motivated her and created an influential impact on her life. When asked to name one, she picked her mother, Soni Razdan.
“My mother was the most impactful influence growing up, watching her raise me and my sister while keeping the fire of wanting to be an actor alive,” she added.
She also credited her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, for being unapologetically vocal about mental health.
Alia Bhatt also spoke about how motherhood has made her focus more centred and changed her approach to work. “I’m still very driven, but my ambition has become more centred. I’m saying no more than I’m saying yes because I want to be present,” she shared.
On the work front
Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar`s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. She will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s Love and War. The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in the lead.
She also has YRF`s female-led action spy drama, Alpha, which also stars Sharvari in the titular role. The film will hit the screens on July 10.
