Alia Bhatt's grandfather Narendranath Razdan passed away due to a critical illness on Thursday morning. He was 92. Taking it to Instagram, the actress shared the unfortunate news with her friends and fans. She shared a heartfelt video from his 92nd birthday celebration where Ranbir Kapoor can also be seen.
Alia Bhatt was supposed to fly down to Abu Dhabi. However, due to her grandfather's sudden demise, she canceled her trip. In the video, Narendranath Razdan can be seen smiling and celebrating his 92nd birthday.

husband Ranbir Kapoor helped him with the candles on his cake. Alia is heard asking her grandfather to make a wish. Smiling at the camera, Soni Razdan's father shared words of wisdom and said,
