On May 9, Shahid Kapoor completed 20 years in Bollywood. Two decades ago, the actor made his debut with the romantic-comedy Ishq Vishk, which also featured Amrita Rao and Shehnaaz Treasury in prominent roles. To celebrate his 20 glorious years in the industry, Mira Kapoor threw a party for her husband-actor and the pictures show how lavish the evening was.

The pictures of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's party was shared by their decor planners on Instagram stories. Mira thanked them for the beautiful set-up. The party was a blend of black and purple decor, giving out a suave and sophisticated vibe. The text embedded on the wall read, "Celebrating 20 glorious years."

A frame featuring Shahid's dapper picture was also used as a prop to complete the look of the party. Mira took to her Instagram stories and thanked the party decorators. She wrote, "Thank you @dohremico for always coming through and making this special day even more special."

Shahid Kapoor's Two Decades Of Illustrious Career

After making his debut in Ishq Vishk in 2003, Shahid Kapoor delivered some phenomenal performances in movies like Jab We Met, Kabir Singh, Haider, Kaminey, Udta Punjab, and more. There was a phase where the actor saw back-to-back flops.

However, despite that, the Farzi actor never backed down. Redeeming himself with his OTT debut, Shahid's performance in Farzi was his breakthrough act. The black comedy starred Rashi Khanna and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles. Streaming on Amazon Prime Video, the actor was applauded for his intense acting.

Throughout his career, Shahid Kapoor was linked with quite a few actresses. He was in a serious relationship with Kareena Kapoor at the beginning of his career.
