Exactly four years ago, on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra apartment in Mumbai. It was claimed that the actor had committed suicide. Amidst the deadly COVID-19 lockdown, this heartbreaking news shook the entire nation. On Wednesday, fans took to social media and expressed their love for the Chhichhore actor.

Remembering the versatile actor, fans continue to demand justice for his sudden death. While some claim he was murdered by the biggies of Bollywood, others say he was suffering from depression. It was during this time that fingers were pointed at Rhea Chakraborty, his then-girlfriend, who was interrogated by the police and CBI.
Fans Continue to Demand Justice for Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant`s Pavitra Rishta co-star, Mahesh Shetty, recently wrote a lengthy Instagram story addressing the lack of closure by the police in Sushant Singh Rajput`s case. He wrote, "How much longer I wonder? Another year passes by… They said it gets easier and time heals it all but the questions keep pestering, making it even more difficult… I keep waiting, keep my utmost faith alive in the law of the land but I deserve to know… We deserve to know! #JusticeforSushant."
The investigation into the SSR murder case, which was initially registered by the Bihar Police in 2020, continues to be buried in secrecy. Even the central agency refuses to reveal any details about the current status of the case.
The Sushant Singh Rajput murder case has neither been closed nor has a charge sheet been filed. Amidst this, fans continue to show their solidarity for the late Bollywood actor.

How did Sushant Singh Rajput die?
It was the mysterious death of a person who was full of life and highly ambitious. His co-stars often called him an intriguing soul and a genius. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020.
It was believed there was some connection between his death and that of his former assistant, Disha Salian.

While the Mumbai Police found no evidence of foul play, the SSR murder case was then taken over by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). It has been four years, and even today, the case is left hanging.
