Isha Ambani sells her Los Angeles property to Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck

The wealthiest family in India has real estate investments not only in India but also in other countries. Mukesh Ambani's property, 'Antilia,' is one of the most expensive in India. According to reports, Isha Ambani, Mukesh Ambani's daughter, sold her Beverly Hills property to pop star Jennifer Lopez and actor Ben Affleck for a staggering $61 million in June 2023, equivalent to approximately 494 crore rupees.

The property is worth millions and boasts luxurious amenities such as a 155-foot in-ground infinity pool, indoor pickleball court, salon, gym, spas, outdoor entertainment pavilion, kitchen, and multiple lush lawns. These amenities are spread over 5.2 acres, or approximately 38,000 square feet, and the mansion has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. According to reports, this luxurious Beverly Hills residence was on and off the market for about five years before being purchased by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck from Isha Ambani.

Isha Ambani is said to have lived in the house along with her mother, Nita Ambani, during her pregnancy back in 2022. Later in November, Isha gave birth to twin sons Aditya and Krishna that year. Isha had lent this home to her friend Priyanka Chopra for hosting a screening of 'Chello Show', a 2021 Gujarati language coming-of-age film.

As a wedding gift, the couple received a grand mansion named 'Gulita' from the groom's parents, Ajay and Dr. Swati Piramal. The couple currently resides in this lavish residence in Mumbai that faces the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and is spread across an area of 50,000 square feet. The mansion is said to be priced at a whopping Rs. 1,000 crore.
