Mumtaz quit acting in 70`s after she married businessman Mayur Madhvani in 1974. They have two daughters, one of whom, Natasha, is married to Feroz Khan`s son Fardeen Khan. If rumours were to be believed, late actor Shammi Kapoor was in love with the actress. However, she wasn`t ready to give up her career at an early age as the women in Kapoor household were not allowed to work.
