Their beautiful love story begins when Nick Jonas dared to message the Desi girl to tell her, 'Several friends have told me that we should meet. What do you think about that?' The singer's initiative worked and they started messaging each other for several months.

They took some time to understand each other and after one year Nick proposedto Priyanka 'I got down on one knee again and said, 'Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?' It took about 45 seconds. 45 seconds of silence.'

Nick must have been sweating by now as he waited for the response, so he added, 'Now I'm going to put this ring on your finger unless you have any objections.'
