Salman Khan and controversies have always been synonymous with each other. Recently, security around the actor has been beefed up by Mumbai Police after his assistant received death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's aide on Saturday. A case has been registered against the gangster, his aide Goldy Brar, and another person in Bandra Police station for allegedly threatening the actor. A friend of Salman Khan revealed what the email read and it seems Bishnoi is not to back down.

After Salman Khan's assistant received a threatening email from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's aide Goldy Brar, the actor's friend Prashant Gunjalkar filed a police complaint at the Bandra Police station. The Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against the gangster, his aide, and the sender of the email, Rohit Garg. Prashant revealed the email asked if the Ek Tha Tiger actor had seen Bishnoi's latest interview where he asked Salman to apologize to him for killing a blackbuck or 'get ready for the consequences.'

Inside Bishnoi's Threat Mail To Salman Khan

Salman's friend Prashant Gunjalkar is a regular visitor at his place. According to reports, he said, 'I regularly visit Salman's home and office. On Saturday, I was at his office, when I saw the threat email in Patel's (Salman Khan's PA Jordy Patel) inbox. The threat mail said Goldy bhai (Goldy Brar) ko baat karni hai tere boss Salman se. Interview (of Lawrence Bishnoi) dekh hi liya hoga usne shayad, nahi dekha ho toh bol diyo dekh lega."

"Matter close karna hai to baat karva dio, face-to-face karna ho vo bata dio. Abhi time rehte inform kardiya hai, agli baar jhatka hi dekhne ko milega (Goldy Brar wants to talk to Salman Khan. He must have watched Lawrence Bishnoi's interview by now, if not, make him watch it. If you want the matter to be closed, make me speak with Salman, while there is still time, or else face the consequences),' the email further read.

Salman Khan And The Blackbuck Case

Bishnoi, who is currently locked up in Tihar Jail, said Salman Khan had insulted his community by killing a blackbuck. The Bollywood superstar was accused of killing blackbucks back in 1999 while he was shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hai in Rajasthan. The Bishnoi community filed a case against the actor and his co-stars from the Sooraj Barjatiya movie.

The 1999 blackbuck poaching case has frequently been a hot topic of discussion in the media and is still pending in courts.

On The Work Front

Last seen in a cameo role in Pathaan, Salman Khan will be seen next in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan alongside Shehnaaz Gill and Pooja Hegde. The movie is all set to release on Eid this year.
