Enjoying the success of Tiger 3 currently, which has minted more than Rs. 450 crore at the box office and emerged as a clear winner, Salman Khan has now opened up about his last releases, Kisi Ka Bhai, Kisi Ki Jaan, and Antim, which didn`t fare well at the box office and disappointed his fans big time.
Speaking of these films, Salman said, "When these films were released, people were not going to theaters. Moreover, we didn’t set blockbuster prices; we were going for popular prices. Our box office numbers were lower in those films, but we focused on saving the audience’s money. How much did you watch Tiger 3 for? ₹600, 1000?"
Salman revealed that he didn`t want to keep the tickets for his films higher, so he opted for a lower ticket price. He added, "For Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Antim, our prices were not over ₹250. Ek toh acha karo bhai. Humare number kam aa rahe hai, lekin audiences ka paisa bach raha hai. We earned less, but we saved the audience money in that process. We did a good deed."

Defending Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman said, "If Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan would have been released today, the numbers would have been a lot more than what they were."
He also spoke of the success of Tiger 3 and expressed how the film did well despite the Diwali season and the World Cup happening. He said, "It was Diwali time, and the World Cup was going on, and everyone`s interest was in that, but despite that, the numbers that we have received are wonderful. We`re very grateful and happy about it."
Tiger 3 is directed by Maneesh Sharma and also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. It follows up on the events of Pathaan, War, and Tiger Zinda Hai and is also part of the YRF Spy Franchise. Releasing on December 12, the film opened up to become the highest-grossing film to be released on Diwali.
Moving ahead, Salman Khan has multiple projects lined up. He recently announced that he is collaborating with Karan Johar on The Bull, which is deemed to be an action thriller. Along with that, he also has Tiger vs. Pathaan in the YRF Spy Universe, which will reportedly be directed by Siddharth Anand.
