Security Lapse at Salman Khan`s Panvel Farmhouse
Salman Khan`s farmhouse in Panvel is currently undergoing a security lapse caused by two intruders who entered the premises and were later arrested. While the exact motive for their trespassing is not yet known, they are believed to be fans who wanted to meet the Tiger 3 star. Salman Khan was not present at the farmhouse when this took place, and he left just a day prior to the incident.
According to officials, "They had fought at home and come to Mumbai and were going around to get a glimpse of celebrities and celebrity houses. They apparently found out that Salman was not in Mumbai, so they went to Panvel, and when they were trying to enter the farmhouse, they were arrested." The accused are both 23-year-olds who hail from Punjab.
This comes as a great shock to police officials and security personnel guarding the farmhouse. Salman Khan has already been given Y+ security by the government, as there are some threats against him. He had earlier received a threat letter from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. Last year, a Facebook threat post was written against him that caused an uproar on his security. The recent trespassing incident has further raised questions about the nature of his security.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently busy hosting the television reality show Bigg Boss 17. He is seen on the show every Saturday for the Weekend Ka Vaar section. In the latest episode that was released, he was seen making a request to the makers of the show to allow fans of the show to live inside after the grand finale. If this takes place, it will surely be an exciting affair and one of its kind.
Salman Khan`s last box-office release was Tiger 3, which was his return to form in providing box-office numbers. The film was directed by Maneesh Sharma and also starred Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in important roles. The film released on the day of Diwali, November 12, and managed to do a box-office business of over Rs 460 crore. The film can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
Next up, Salman Khan will be seen in the film Bull, which is backed by Dharma Productions and is planned to go on the floors soon.
