Snapped: Anil Kapoor, Sakshi Tanwar and Sikander Kher at the press meet for 24
The trio were seen interacting with the press about their show.
Sikander Kher will be taking on the role of the antagonist on the show.
"The makers asked me as a producer and as a leading actor about casting Sakshi on 24. I said Yes. Done. I had heard of her, seen her work and seen her play aachi bahu -good daughter-in-law on TV shows. So, I was nervous about her." - said Anil.
Apparently, Anil was sceptical about shooting with Sakshi owing to her on-screen imagery of a typical Indian daughter-in-law.
Sakshi Tanwar, a TV favorite will be returning to the small screen in a pivotal role on the show.
Anil has reportedly put in double the effort to suit the role.
Anil Kapoor will be seen reprising his central role of an Anti-Terrorist Unit chief, Jai Singh Rathod.
