As they go about doing household chores and exploring career opportunities together, love binds them in the end.
A movie that explored the difference between the definitions of love in the past and the present, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ gave us an insight into the lives of Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone’s characters. Although there isn’t a scene to justify that they were in a live-in relationship but the telephone conversation exchanged between them at the airport is enough to suggest that the couple were living together in the movie.
Another YRF production explored the live-in relationship shared between the characters of Ranbir Kapoor and Bipasha Basu. The film took the ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ concept too seriously.
The Saif Ali Khan-Preity Zinta starrer was a path-breaker as it broke conventional stereotypes with its in-your-face portrayal of a live-in relationship. Featuring scenarios that were hilarious and heartfelt, this YRF rom-com was thoroughly entertaining.
