WELCOME TO THE RADIO CITY SCHOOL OF BROADCASTING
Radio City School of Broadcasting (RCSB), launched in April 2009, is an autonomous educational unit of Music Broadcast Limited (MBL.). MBL operates Radio City—India’s leading radio network—across 39 key cities in India.
RCSB was established with the objective to groom and develop world-class radio professionals who are industry-ready from day one. This initiative emerged to address the talent crunch. MBL leveraged its radio expertise over the year and created a specialized training program designed to equip students with hands-on radio experience.
Since its inception, RCSB has successfully completed 15 batches, consistently maintaining small cohorts of 15–20 students per batch to ensure individual attention is provided to each student. The pilot batch launched in 2009, comprised of 20 students who were carefully selected based on their aptitude and attitude for a six-month certification program. Certified students of RCSB have gone on to hold prominent positions within Radio City, with our competitors and digital media organizations.
RCSB provides a robust platform for students, thus empowering them to build successful careers in radio and digital. Through this initiative, Radio City not only strengthens its own talent pool but also contributes to the broader industry by producing highly skilled, well-trained radio and digital professionals.
Backed by its strong values and ethos of envisioning itself as a multi-dimensional marketing solutions organization, Radio City proudly presents Radio City School of Broadcasting in its new avatar. RCSB, along with its 6-month certification program, is also launching an ‘Ace Your Voice’ 2-day workshop in Mumbai, training people from all walks of life in Voice Modulation and creating their mark in the world of voice.
