Kim Sae-Ron`s Family Files Case for Child Abuse and Perjury Against Kim Soo-Hyun

Disturbingly, the recording also alludes to inappropriate comments and explicit photos allegedly sent by the actor during their involvement.
Prior to the family`s press conference, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Goldmedalist, expressed their concern regarding the potential spread of misinformation. They urged the media to verify any claims with them before publishing. Following the press conference, the agency released a strong statement refuting the presented audio recording.

Goldmedalist asserted that the audio file is "entirely fabricated", suggesting it was created using AI or similar technology. They further claimed that the individual who provided the recording to the YouTube channel HoverLab Inc. is a "fraudster" who had also approached Goldmedalist with a manipulated recording allegedly containing statements favourable to Kim Soo-hyun, demanding money in return. The agency stated they did not comply with these demands.
Regarding a so-called "attack photo" presented by HoverLab as evidence, Goldmedalist dismissed it as "utterly baseless" and easily found through a simple internet search. The agency firmly believes that HoverLab`s actions are a "cyber attack" against Kim Soo-hyun, based on forged evidence. They announced their intention to immediately file criminal complaints and charges against HoverLab for violations including defamation and the Stalking Punishment Act, vowing to ensure they are held accountable.
