Met Gala 2025 is happening in New York City, and mommy-to-be Kiara Advani is all set to make her spectacular debut. The biggest, most prestigious fashion event is scheduled to start today, on May 5.
The Shershaah actress, who is expecting her first child, arrived in NYC yesterday and gave a glimpse of her room to her fans through Instagram stories. Now guess who tagged along ahead of Kiara`s grand Met Gala debut? It`s none other than her doting husband, Sidharth Malhotra.
Sidharth has joined his pregnant wife in New York City. He shared a glimpse of what his day looked like. He took to Instagram and shared a picture of a bottle of alkaline water against the backdrop of signature NYC buildings, writing, “Gym Time #HYDRATE” along with “Hello NYC”.
In another unseen picture that`s going viral on the internet, the actor can be seen carrying Kiara`s bag as he follows her to the hotel. Have a look.

All about Kiara Advani`s Met Gala debut
The JugJugg Jeeyo actress arrived in New York City on Sunday, May 4. She was greeted with a warm welcome as her room was decorated with a bunch of fresh flowers. She even shared a glimpse of the same on her Instagram stories.

Met Gala 2025 will mark the mommy-to-be`s debut appearance at the biggest and most awaited fashion event. She will be walking the red carpet in a custom Gaurav Gupta one-of-a-kind creation on May 6.
While she has kept all the details under wraps and been all hush-hush about her glorious debut, fans are waiting with bated breath to see Kiara flaunting her baby bump on the red carpet in style.
This will be one of the rare instances where Kiara Advani will publicly appear after announcing her first pregnancy with Sidharth Malhotra. While the latter joins her in NYC, it is yet to be confirmed if the actor will walk alongside his wife on the red carpet.
Indian celebs who will debut at Met Gala 2025
Apart from Kiara Advani, many Indian actors and celebrities will make their debut at the prestigious event. The list includes Shah Rukh Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.
SRK will walk the Met Gala red carpet for the first time. He will wear a custom Sabyasachi ensemble, with this year`s theme being Superfine: Tailoring Black Style. Diljit, who is yet another Met Gala first-timer this year, will wear a tailored Gaurav Gupta creation.
