Malayalam Movie Aadujeevitham to Get a Digital Release on Netflix on July 19

Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran shines in the lead role of 'Aadujeevitham', also known as 'The Goat Life'. After its sensational success in theatres, the movie is now ready for its digital premiere. The eagerly awaited film, which was released on March 28 this year, has been a major box office hit, earning more than Rs. 150 crore worldwide and becoming the first Malayalam film to gross Rs. 100 crore in the shortest time.

'Aadujeevitham' is an adaptation of the acclaimed novel 'Aadujeevitham' (Goat Days) by Benjamin, directed by Blessy. The film tells the harrowing story of Najeeb, a young Malayali man, portrayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, who travels to Saudi Arabia in search of a better life but ends up facing severe hardships in the desert. Amala Paul plays the role of Najeeb's wife, adding depth to the emotional narrative. The film also features performances by Jimmy Jean-Louis, Rik Aby, Talib al-Balushi, and Shobha Mohan, adding to its rich storytelling.

The film's journey from production to release has been long and arduous. The post-production work alone took ten years to complete, from 2008 to 2018, with the script being finalised during this period.
