It was a big day yesterday for all cricket lovers, as the World Cup 2023 finals had all of us waiting with baited breath. The world was glued to the screens as India and Australia fought to lift the World Cup. With India's consistently splendid performance, it was probably just a bad day for the men in blue as they lost the World Cup finals.
Australia lifted the World Cup for the sixth time, thus becoming the world champions. With the Indian cricket team giving a tough fight to the Aussies, the latter still managed to sweep the win. However, despite the loss, many Bollywood actors and Indian celebrities came together to cheer for Team India.

Heartbroken but proud, celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana, PM Narendra Modi, and many more praised the men in blue by thanking them for their exceptional performance throughout the World Cup 2023.

The Ghoomer actor backed Team India and commended their efforts. Taking it to X (formerly known as Twitter), Abhishek Bachchan wrote, 'A tough loss after a valiant effort. 2. Shah Rukh Khan
The Jawan actor attended the World Cup 2023 finals at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. He was accompanied by Gauri Khan and his kids, AbRam Khan and Suhana Khan.The way the Indian team has played this whole tournament is a matter of honour and they showed great spirit and tenacity. The terrific trio also cheered for the Indian cricket team after the World Cup finals loss. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted at the Narendra Modi stadium as they hooted for the men in blue.The Gully Boy actor took to his Instagram stories and wrote, 'Some highs, some lows. Showing her support, Deepika shared a picture of the Indian flag on her Instagram stories. She was accompanied by her father, Prakahas Padukone, and sister, Anisha Padukone, for the finals.

Joining the couple was Vicky Kaushal, who also took to his Instagram stories and cheered for Team India. Applauding the men in blue, he wrote, They're still the best team out there.
