The weekend was all about the intense battle between Kolkata and Hyderabad as the Premier League 2024 came to a glorious end. While the final match between the two teams was rather disappointing, it was Shah Rukh Khan's team that lifted the trophy effortlessly.

The Premier League finals, which were held in Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium, were roaring and cheering as Kolkata beat Hyderabad, thus becoming the magnificent winners of this year's T20 tournament.

In a heartwarming moment, an emotional Shah Rukh Khan was seen celebrating the illustrious win with his wife, Gauri Khan, and kids, Suhana Khan, AbRam Khan, and Aryan Khan. As he hugged his three kids, it was an adorable moment for fans.

Kolkata and Hyderabad entered the Premier League finals on Sunday, vying for the glamorous trophy and the 2024 winner's title. However, Hyderabad failed to put on a tough fight, thus letting its opponent have an easy and smooth win.

In a video shared by a paparazzo, SRK's daughter Suhana Khan can be seen hugging him as she gets teary-eyed after Kolkata's win. Though inaudible, she can be seen mouthing, "Are you happy? I'm so happy."

As soon as the clip went viral, fans started pouring in comments and appreciating the Khan family. While some praised SRK for spending time with his family after recovering from a heatstroke, others cherished the beautiful family moment.

Kolkata clinched the Premier League 2024 title with a phenomenal performance as they dominated the points table throughout the tournament. It was on the same ground, MA Chidambaram Stadium, that the team secured their maiden title as the winners.

On May 26, the team made history yet again as they lifted the trophy for the third time in 17 years.

Kolkata's bowlers did spectacularly well to restrict the lineup of Hyderabad's deadly batsmen to just 113, which was effortlessly chased down in just 10.3 overs with eight wickets in hand.

Many celebrities, like Preity Zinta, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, and Kartik Aaryan, among others, congratulated Shah Rukh Khan for the massive win.
