Radio City Freedom Awards S7: Eternal Returns To Godless, Vote For Your Favorite Metal Artists

Radio City Freedom Awards is back with its seventh season and this time, we are only getting bigger, bolder, and better. With our main intent being bridging boundaries, RCFA has brought several artists from across the country together to celebrate and magnify independent music. While you may be familiar with pop music and rap songs, it takes a hardcore indie fan to understand the true difference between rock and metal genres.

If you thought rock was a handful, we now pay our respects to the purveyors of its angrier, more underground, more extreme sibling - Metal. With independent artists such as Eternal Returns, Godless, R.A.I.D, and more ruling the Metal charts, let's see who made it to the final list of Radio City Freedom Awards season 7 nominations for Best Metal Artists.

1. R.A.I.D - Alpha

Known as Rueban And the Imperium Division, this indie metal band was born in Hyderabad in 2016. 'Alpha' is a track that's meant to inspire people to never give up and to do whatever it takes to achieve their dreams, even if it means standing alone. If you love this metal band, vote for R.A.I.D here.

2. Against Evil - Speed Demon

Originating in Vishakhapatnam, Against Evil is a hardcore metal band that will remind you of rage, destruction, and power. Speed Demon being one of their most loved tracks by the metalheads, this one made it to the top 5 nominations for RCFA season 7. If you are an Against Evil fan, vote for them here.

3. Eternal Returns - Seige Sombre

With a message to remove self-pity from your system and ignite the fire to chase your goals, Seige Sombre speaks about a person who doesn't aspire to do anything in life. This metal track gives out a strong message - either be the victim or be the master of your comfort. Vote for Eternal Returns here.

4. Demonic Ressurection - The Eye Of Eternity

If you are a death metal fan, Demonic Ressurection should be right on the top of your indie playlist. Highlighting heavy riffs, death growls, symphonic parts, clean vocals, female vocals, killer guitar work, and powerful drum work - the Mumbai metal veterans have taken their fans by surprise with this masterpiece. Vote for Demonic Ressurection here.

5. Godless - Orbits Of Decay

The Mumbai-based metal band has delivered yet another powerful track from their album States Of Chaos. A chaotic amalgamation of tight guitar riffs and frenzied drums, Orbits Of Decay touches upon existentialism and human greed. If you love indie metal band Godless, vote for them to be the winner of RCFA Best Metal Artists here.
