Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda`s Saiyaara teaser out
One of the most awaited debutants, Ahaan Panday is already making waves ahead of the release of his first film. In case you`re wondering, he is Ananya Panday`s cousin and Chunky Panday`s nephew. The star kid will soon be seen in Mohit Suri`s romantic drama, Saiyaara.
The makers dropped the teaser of Saiyaara today, and it is all things romance, drama, heartbreaks, love, and more. The movie also stars newcomer Aneet Padda as the female lead.
Although Padda has already featured in OTT releases like Salaam Venky (2022) and Big Girls Don`t Cry (2024), it will be Panday`s first step to becoming a star, just like his sister.
The Mohit Suri directorial comes with his quintessential element. While the first look of Saiyaara can be deceiving, it gives similar vibes to Aashiqui 2. The music, the drama, the intense love story, heartbreaks and everything in between scream an out-and-out classic Bollywood romance model.

The clip opens with a piano playing in the background and Aneet`s character reciting a poem, which is definitely not something new for a Yash Raj film. It gets as typical as any other YRF movie as we meet our main characters.

Ahaan is introduced as a shirtless, carefree youngster, whose entry shot is riding a bike, while Padda seems to be in awe of him in every frame.
The teaser further delves into the film (or at least tries to) with several continuation shots of music, riding bikes, a dollop of violence, and a little bit of the actual story. And of course, there are steamy kissing scenes.
What`s concerning is that eight different people have collaborated to make the music for Saiyaara, which could be a "too many chefs spoil the soup" kind of situation.
The Saiyaara teaser ends with a shot of Aneet Padda`s character screaming.

It was in April earlier this year that Mohit Suri and YRF announced launching the star kid in the upcoming romantic drama. They also revealed the face of their female lead, Aneet.
While some were excited to see Ahaan on the big screen, others criticised the decision and brought back the classic nepotism debate. Several netizens slammed the filmmaker and the production house for not giving a chance to the outsiders.
However, cinephiles are also looking forward to Ahaan Panday`s debut film, as it is going to be interesting to see if he impresses the audience with his acting or, like Ananya Panday, he also takes a few years to find his voice.
Saiyaara will release on July 18 in cinemas near you.
